PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

Thank you for choosing KIND COMPANION! We are committed to providing you with the best Craft Hemp Products at competitive prices, as well as exceptional customer service. Below is a detailed explanation of our fulfillment and shipping process to ensure transparency and set clear expectations.

Fulfillment & Shipping Schedule

  • Business Hours: Customer Service: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Fulfillment Team: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time). We are closed on all weekends and federal holidays.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following business days.
  • Processing Time:
    • Most orders ship out the day after they are placed.
    • Occasionally, an order may ship the same day, but this is rare and not guaranteed.
    • We allow ourselves up to 2 full business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Notifications

  • When your shipping label is printed, you’ll automatically receive an email with tracking information.
  • Important Note: A printed label does not mean your order has shipped—it means it is being prepared for shipment.
  • Orders are typically handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS) the same day they are printed; however, this is not guaranteed.
  • After your order is handed off to the carrier, any additional information regarding your package or delivery date will need to come from the carrier (USPS or UPS). Please contact them with your tracking number.
  • Always track your package on the carrier's official website (www.usps.com or www.ups.com). DO NOT USE the Shop App, as the information there is not accurate.

When to Contact Us

  • Please do not contact us about your shipment unless 2 full business days have passed since you placed your order.
    • Example 1: If you order on Monday, please wait until Thursday before inquiring.
    • Example 2: If you order on Friday, your order may not ship until End of Day Tuesday, as weekends are not considered business days.
  • If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact us and we can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not left the facility. If it has already left the facility, you will need to return the item sealed in the condition it was sent out. Once we receive your order back, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

  • Once your package is handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS), shipping times and delays are beyond our control.
  • Shipping Costs: The fees you pay at checkout are passed directly to the carrier. KIND COMPANION does not profit from expedited shipping charges.
  • If there are delays caused by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible.

Order Issues

  • Contact us at admin@kindcompanionhemp.com with the following:
    • Your 5-digit order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos, if requested, to help us verify the issue and improve our fulfillment process.
  • We will always correct any mistakes on our end and do whatever we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase with us. Please contact us prior to leaving negative reviews, as most issues can be resolved.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist and accommodate you.

Customer Courtesy Policy

Our team works diligently to provide you with quality products and excellent service. We ask that you remain respectful when contacting our customer service representatives.

  • Profanity or rudeness will not be tolerated and may result in a complete and total ban from ordering on our website.

Shipping Timeframes

Below are examples to help clarify how shipping times are calculated:

  • Order Placed: Monday, January 2nd.
    • Latest Ship Date: Wednesday, January 4th END OF DAY (We aim for Tuesday, January 3rd, but this is not guaranteed).
  • Customer-Selected Shipping Methods:
    • USPS Priority Mail: Up to 3 business days after shipment.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment.
    • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment.

Note: Weekends and holidays DO NOT count as business days.

Additional Notes:

  • We do not ship internationally.
  • We do not ship to states that have banned THCA Hemp products including: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
  • Orders over $150 are considered high value and may require an adult signature.
  • No Saturday delivery for UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, so orders shipped out on Friday would be delivered on Monday (Next Day Air) or Tuesday (2nd Day Air).
